Today, a great friend of mine turns 1 years old. He's my son. I love him more than ANYTHING in the world. I admit he does get on my nerves sometimes lol. I still love him though. I'm so glad that I got to experience motherhood because he changed me a lot. Now I actually have feelings besides anger toward people and things. I see it as a downfall sometimes because I can get my feelings hurt now but I guess it's better than me continuously hurting other people and not caring. But I digress.
Next week my little monster will be starting daycare and I will be starting training for my first full-time job. I will miss the hell out of him but I feel that I need to miss him. It will make our bond stronger. Since I will be working I plan on doing so much with him. I can't wait to start our little adventures.
This guy will always be my road dog even when he gets older. I just hope he doesn't grow up to think i'm the uncool mom that embarrasses him.
